ICAI has always been proactive in supporting and advising members in fulfilling their professional services. The CSR Committee of ICAI has been taking several measures to educate and inform the members on CSR. In continuation thereof, an advisory titled ‘Advisory for Independent Practitioner’s Report on Utilization of CSR Funds’ is being issued by CSR Committee of ICAI that where the CSR activity is undertaken by a third party / NGO, then such Company should obtain an Independent Practitioner’s Report on Utilisation of such CSR Funds from the auditor / Practicing CA of the third party / NGO, to whom the funds are given by the Company for implementing CSR Activity. The said Advisory is attached herewith and also available on www.icai.org
